How to:

To make the stars, use a star punch. Then put a brad in the center of each one, attaching to paper.

Take a length of twine and tie a knot on each end.

Then wrap the twine around the first brad, then up and over and around the second, then down and around the third.

Use pop dots behind paper cut outs to add dimension.
