Kitchen remodel? Don’t throw those old cupboards out!

Cut a piece of wood to the length and width of the top of the cupboards. Use wood screws to attach.

Trim the moulding to fit the outer edge of the top. Attach.
3
Remove the cabinet doors and hardware.
4
Use latex house paint to paint the cupboards if desired.
5
Reattach hardware.
Update:
I recently removed the doors from this bench and painted it black. Now my kids have a place to take off & stash their shoes when they come in.
