Remove the glass from your frame. Add mat and patterned paper. Distress with ink.

Turn the letters face down, and trace onto patterned paper. Adhere paper to front.

Add ribbon to tags and tie to the letters. Hot glue the letters to the mat.
4
Dry brush matching acrylic paint to the frame.
