I found the white porcelain plates and silver-plated dishes at a thrift store, for .25 each.

Cut photos to fit the center of the plates.

Adhere photos with glue dots.

You may choose to seal your plates with Mod Podge, I left mine bare so I could change out the pictures as my family grows.

Hot glue a loop of ribbon to the back of the plate.
6
Tie a bow at the top of the loop with a second piece of ribbon.
